On March 4th, Arbios team members joined UNBC’s Science and Tech Night, hosted by the university’s Career Centre. The evening brought together students from across disciplines to explore career opportunities with local and regional employers, and we were glad to be part of it.
Our team had the chance to speak with students about what a career in the renewable biofuels industry looks like, and about the work underway at Arbios’s Chuntoh Ghuna facility in Prince George. The conversations were energetic and wide-ranging, from the science behind hydrothermal liquefaction to what it means to build a clean energy future rooted in northern BC.
Events like this matter to us. Prince George is home to Arbios, and UNBC is one of the region’s most important institutions for developing the skilled workforce that the clean economy will depend on. We look forward to continuing to build our relationship with the university .
